  Notes	Lillian worked briefly in a textile mill in Nashua, New Hampshire. Her primary work was to be a good housewife. She was a member of the Hudson Community Church. [DB] obituary - The Telegraph (Nashua, NH) - 28 Feb 2006 Lillian Rose (Fecteau) Brown, 98, of Hudson, died Sunday, Feb. 26, 2006, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua. Mrs. Brown was born Sept. 5, 1907, in Richford, Vt., daughter of the late Gaspard C. and Rosanna (Delisle) Fecteau. She was the last member of a family of 10 children. She lived in Nashua from 1928-37 before moving to Hudson. She was the widow of Harold A. Brown, to whom she had been married for 38 years before his death in 1966. Mrs. Brown loved to write letters and had many pen pals from around the country. She enjoyed making scrapbooks, doing word games and textile painting. She held memberships in Hudson Grange 11, Patrons of Husbandry in Hudson for more than 50 years, at one time serving as secretary. She was also a member of Hillsborough County Pomona Grange 1, the New Hampshire State Grange and the National Grange. She was also a 50-plus-year member of Pilgrim Chapter 55, Order of Eastern Star in Nashua. She was a member of Hudson Community Church UCC for many years, served as a deaconess and sang in the church choir. Mrs. Brown was educated in Berkshire, Vt., and Canada. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Jeanne Brown; two brothers, Alfred and Henry Fecteau; and seven sisters, Delmira, Caroline, Salina, Lorena, Edith, Beatrice and Margaret. Survivors include three sons and a daughter-in-law, Douglas and Shirley Brown of Contoocook, Duane Brown of Nashua and David Brown of Litchfield; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren, all whom she adored; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
