      RED LION Geraldine A. (Fecteau) West, 81, of Red Lion, died Tuesday afternoon at the home of her daughter after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Chauncey F. West.
      The service and burial will be private in Exeter, N.H. The Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Home Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion, is in charge of arrangements.
      Mrs. West was born Sept. 26, 1914, in Epping, N.H. She was the daughter of the late Placid and Mary (Maurel) Fecteau.
      She was a member of York Haven Fire Company Auxiliary, York Haven Farm Women's Association and American Association of Retired Persons. She attended Red Lion Senior Center.
      Mrs. West is survived by a son, John F. West of Camp Hill; four daughters, Marlene C. Wallace of Plymouth, Mass., Pauline I. McDonald of San Diego, Janet G. Rockwell of Manchester, Ind., and Mary J. Manifold of Red Lion; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a brother, Romeo A. Fecteau of Ipswich, Mass.; and nieces and nephews. Mrs. West was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley A. West.
      Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 924-N Colonial Ave., York 17403; or to American Heart Association, 2997 Cape Horn Road, Red Lion 17356. 1-16-96
