obituary - [Seventh Day Adventist] Atlantic Union Gleaner (South Lancaster, MA) - 23 Oct 1940
BRONK.—Mrs. Harriet Bronk entered into final rest September 7, 1940, at the home of Mrs. Cora Mcllroy, Camden, N. Y., where she had been cared for during the last days of her illness.
Sister Bronk was born July 24, 1874, at Weed sport, N. Y. She was one of the most faithful members of the church at Camden, N. Y. Always cheerful, she was loved dearly by every one. Until her final illness laid her low just shortly before her death, she was actively engaged in church work. She could always be depended upon to do her part and more. The church has sustained a great loss, but we are happy in believing that on the resurrection morn our dear sister will be among those who will come forth to the resurrection of life.
Three children survive: Lester G. Bronk, Roy Brook, and Mrs. Ray Facteau, also eight grandchildren. Sister Bronk also leaves two brothers, Charles and Adelbert Clark.
Funeral services were conducted by the writer at the Sanborn Funeral Home, Camden, N. Y.
Our sister was laid to rest in Forest Lawn Cemetery just outside the village.
