       Leola Rita LaBombard, 73, of Monty Street, died Thursday, March 14, 1996, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.
      She was born in Plattsburgh, March 24, 1922, the daughter of Nelson and Priscilla (Facteau) Lamora.
      She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church in Plattsburgh. She was a former member of the Rosary Society and a former member of the Daughters of Isabella.
      She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Clinton J. LaBombard, whom she married Dec. 26, 1936, in St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh by the Rev. Lasard; three sons and daughters-in-law, Clinton and Barbara LaBombard Jr. of Plattsburgh, Clifford and Beverly LaBombard of Saratoga, and Bruce and Carolyn LaBombard of Summerville, S.C.; a daughter and son-in-law, Faye and Glenn Fountain of Plattsburgh; two sisters, Mary King of Plattsburgh, and Theresa Brown of Plattsburgh; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
      Six brothers, and a sister, died previously.
      Calling hours will be Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory Church in Plattsburgh. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery later in the year.
      Memorial donations may be made to the FitzPatrick Cancer Center, or Masses may be said.
