The 1940 census states she was born in Westbrook, Maine. obituary - Lewiston Journal (ME) - 22 Jul 1985 Berlin, NH -- Mrs. Rose D Roberge, 77, of 609 Hillsboro St., died Friday at Androscoggin Valley Hospital after being a patient there for three weeks. She was born in Westbrook on Jan. 7, 1908, the daughter of Honore and Aselia Baillargeion Fecteau. Her husband, Albert D. Roberge, died in February 1984. She was a communicant of Guardian Angel Parish in Berlin. Suriving are six daughters, Theresa Rousseau of Lewiston, Doris Godwin of Libertyville, ILL., Jacqueline Riopel of Holyoke, Mass., Cecile Francoeur and Loraine Croteau of Berlin and Pauline Dube of Jackson, N.H.; one brother, Gaston Fecteau of Westbrook; one sister, Simone Courture of Biddeford; 27 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
