She was born February 16,1954 in Lebanon, NH a daughter of Lawrence Fogg and the late Patricia Facteau. Rosemary was an active member of the Derby United Church. Among her hobbies she enjoyed quilting, and craft work. She is survived by a son Jason Bessent and by a granddaughter Ember Bessent both of Windsor,Vt, by her father Lawrence Fogg of Derby and by the following brothers and sisters: Vernon Fogg and his wife Kim, Stanley Fogg, Matthew Fogg and his wife Karen all of West Hartford, Vt, Pamela Stanley and her husband William of West Virginia, Marjorie Brown and her husband David of Maryland, Josephine Fogg and Elizabeth Fogg of Morrisville,Vt, numerous nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. She was predeceased by three sisters Valarie Fogg, Sandra Fogg and Christine Punt on May 18,2010. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday June 4, 2010 at the Derby United Church with the Rev. Fred Barker officiating. Friends may call at the Church on Friday June 4, 2010 from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of the funeral. Should friends desire, contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
