Mary Elizabeth Craven, 86 of Lehigh Acres died Thursday. A native of New York City, N.Y., she had been a resident of this area for the past nine years, coming here from Mineola, NY
Mrs. Craven was a member of St Raphael's Catholic Church, and was a church organist and school teacher for 52 years
She is survived by two Sons, Robert J. Craven of Lehigh Acres and Gerald Craven of N.Y.; one daughter, Joan Walker of N.Y.; five granddaughters, Patti Sewall of Lehigh Acres, Cathy Filteau of Orlando, FL, Coleen Wilson of Atlanta, Ga., Mary Ellen Santoro of Long Island, N.Y., Peggy Manzelman of Springhill, FL; 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren
Mrs. Craven was preceded in death by her son, William C. Craven and by her husband, William S. Craven.
The family will receive friends this evening from 6-9 p.m at the Anderson Funeral Home of Lehigh Acres, 1801 Lee Blvd., with wake services being conducted at 7 p.m. by Father Thaddeus J. KIoc.
Mrs. Craven will then be sent to the Fredericks Funeral Home in Flushing, N.Y. for final services and burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.
