They had been married for 20 years; eight of their twelve children were still living; seven children were listed: Effie 18, Pearl 14, Winfred 11, Dora 9, Theresa 8, Theodore 6, and Elon 2.

Frank J. Raymo, 57, of 132 North Main street, suffered a broken leg and minor injuries and his son, Elon Raymo, was also injured as the result of an attack by a horse Tuesday afternoon about 3:00 o'clock in the barn of Frank Trippany, on Beach street The horse in owned by Herbert A. Warner and is kept in the Trippany barn.
Mr. Raymo and his son had drawn a load of wood to the Trippany residence. The boy got off the sleigh first and went to the barn to took at the horse. He entered the stall and the-horse held him there, also kicking him. The boy cried for help and his father rushed to his aid. The animal then kicked Mr. Raymo, breaking his left leg below the knee and kicking him on the shoulder and side after the man fell to the floor.
Others went to the aid of the father and son. Mr. Raymo was taken home and removed to the Hepburn hospital in Ogdensburg on the evening train.

Frank J. Raymo, aged 66, a lifelong resident of Massena, died last Wednesday morning at 5:55 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Jack Evans, in Syracuse. He had been in failing health for the past three years. Funeral services were held in St. Joseph's church in Syracuse Friday morning at 10:30, interment in the family lot in St. Mary's cemetery in that city.
Mr. Raymo was born in Helena March 7, 1868 and in 1892 he married Miss Josephine Raymo and they lived in Massena, engaged in farming, until ten years ago when he went to Syracuse and has been engaged as insurance solicitor for the Unity Insurance company of Syracuse.
He is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Leslie Gladding, of Massena, Mrs. Robert Brooker, of Boston, Mrs. Jack Evans, Mrs. Lawrence Premo, Mrs. Harold Stanton and Mrs. Jack Hollenbeck, of Syracuse, and two sons, Ted and Elon Raymo, of Massena.
