  Notes	Note: there were two different men with the name of Joseph Giguere who were b. in 1853 and lived in S. Joseph, Beauce. They each married a Marie Filteau - who were sisters - (this one married Marie Emma Filteau (and secondly, Celina Gagne) and the other Marie Euphemie Filteau). They each had a dau. named Marie Armosa. According to the 1891 census, Joseph Giguere, age 38, and his wife Marie, age 23, were living in S. Joseph, Beauce, QC. Two children were listed: Armoza 2 and Arthure 1. According to the 1901 census, Joseph Giguere, age 48, and his wife Celina, age 37, were living in S. Joseph, Beauce, QC. Five children were listed: Hermosa 12, Arthure 11, Cardelia 9, Marie Ange 7, and Alphe 2 months. «the first four children listed are by his first wife Marie Emma Filteau. Joseph m. Celina in June 1896. According to the 1911 census, Joseph Giguere, age 58, and his wife Celina, age 51, were living in S. Joseph, Beauce, QC. Three children were listed: Marie Ange 17, Blanche 10, and Olive 9. Also living with them was their son Arthur, age 21, and his wife Anna and their child Lionel. The next household was for their dau. Armosa who had m. Edouard Roy. They had 4 children. This 1911 census gives his birth date as Sept 1843 (but it should be 1853 based on his age of 48 which was crossed out and made 58)
